Read after me..😂

"Two times one Two, Two times two Four, Two times Three Six, Two times four eight...Two times twelve Twenty-Four

Ten times one Ten, Ten times two Twenty, Ten times three Thirty, Ten times four Forty..."

Nostalgic right? Lol..it's Thursday 😜

Who would have thought then that the principle of addition and multiplication are what held that rhyme, we were just told to memorise and of course, we did in order to escape being beaten.

Just maybe we have now gotten used to memorising so much we now force ourselves to fit into norms or how things have always been done that we forget to sit down and unravel the principle behind what is unfolding, we tend to forget that life is dynamic and very peculiar.

Principles are what hold life together..

In Faith, there's no particular format on how to live in our relationship with God, what we know is that God operates on different principles. These principles are what produce results in different situations.

In human relationships as well, what works for this person might not work for the other, what we know is that relationships operate on principles of love, mutual respect, patience and understanding.

There are so many books out there that try to suggest how different areas of our lives are supposed to work. This is such a beautiful thing as books give you an experience that you might not have personally experienced. They also help us to avoid pitfalls that others have fallen into and give us perspectives into how life is somewhere else around the globe..

However, for every book you read, it is important to do a self analysis and understand how you fit into the principle being passed across in the book.

For example, an author expresses how he got a job in a multinational and how in about 8 months, he got promoted and rewarded with various incentives. You look at the picture and start to get anxious in your 15th month of working in your own company, you start to think that there's something wrong with you.

In reality, what you should do is probe deeper into knowing the principle behind his promotion and success, and that's what you run with. As you do that, you may discover how hardworking he was, nights he sacrificed, how many problems he had solved for the company and how much value he brought to the table..

You also need to understand the peculiarities of your job, your company, your experience and your life stories.

So when next someone expresses their opinion about an issue of life, ask them or rather, ask YOU 'what's the principle in this?' If it fits into your person, you run with it and if not, you move on.

Don't get pressured.

Love always 💜
